So.... as a citizen of the United States you have decided to exercise your right under the 2nd amendment of our national constitution to keep and bear arms. Good for you. To bad you don't live there. Like me, your stuck living in the P. R. K., the (Peoples Republic of Kalifornia), and this page is here to help you with all the information you need to make a legal purchase of a firearm here in the lovely golden state.

Long guns

Firearm must be legal for sale in CA. All federal, state and local laws apply. (The laws regarding receivers are not a concern of MasterCampers because we do not, or will not, transfer any type or kind of receiver. If the firearm is in question of being legal in the gun friendly PRK, we will not transfer it or even think about it.)

Must have proper ID and be of legal age. (That would be 18 years of age, the same age you can vote, be drafted, and tried as a an adult and put to death, but not old enough to have a beer or buy a handgun.)

Must pay all fees, fill out the state and federal forms. (The state fees for the background must be paid in full prior to submitting the needed paperwork so the state gets it's money even if you don't get your gun.)

Must have a "clean" record and pass a back ground check. (?)

Must wait 10 days to consider just why you want a firearm in the first place.

Fill out more paperwork and take possession of firearm after 10 days but not more then 30 days total, or go back 3 spaces.

Handguns
